Sales

Join one of our sales teams and support customers throughout their home buying journey. Become the face of Persimmon as a Sales Advisor or work behind the scenes as a Sales Administrator. Either way, you’ll help guide buyers and ensure every step runs smoothly. There are various opportunities available to suit different skills and experiences.

Commercial

If you're good with numbers, spreadsheets and co-ordinating things, consider a role in commercial! Our commercial teams ensure developments are financially viable and commercially efficient. The main roles include Buyers, who negotiate the supply of materials, and Quantity Surveyors, who plan and estimate costs, manage subcontractors, and keep projects within budget and on track.

Technical

Our technical teams work behind the scenes to design new homes and developments. They are heavily involved in design, planning, quality assurance, building regulations, and compliance, providing technical advice and guidance to site teams.

Construction

If you're good at getting things done and dealing with people, consider a role in construction! Our construction teams are crucial to our success, building new homes on site and supporting projects from our regional offices. We offer a wide range of roles, from Bricklayers and Joiners to Foremen, Assistant Site Managers, and Site Managers. Each role helps deliver high-quality homes to our customers on time and to specification.

Customer

As the point of contact for customers who have moved into their new homes, our customer care teams play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and enjoy a truly positive experience. Their role is to ensure that any issues raised by customers are resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
